Mariki has 18 years of legal experience working as a Personal Assistant to an attorney. She also spent 10 years running her own business importing and selling clothing. From 2002 she was involved in Real Estate and during her career at News Property Brokers (Pty) Ltd in 2005, she earned the “Agent of the month” award three times. On the 1st of March 2006 she joined Klaas Broers as equal partner/principal in Hottest Property. While living in Northcliff and Fairland for the last 26 years, she acquired a close knowledge of the area as well as building up a network of clients and friends. Mariki is very outgoing and result orientated and has a charming personality.

Klaas is a Chemical Engineer and spent over 20 years working in various Management positions locally and outside South Africa. After his return from Kenya at the end of 1999, he invested in and managed several Fast Food outlets. In 2004 he started speculating with property and joined Realty Concepts to qualify as an Estate agent. He left in Feb 2005 to form his own Estate agency, Hottest Property. Klaas is enthusiastically applying the experience gained during his years of management in the Chemical industry to the Estate agency.
